Advent Receives Top Honors at BMA Awards Gala
The Business Marketing Association of Houston recognized Advent, one of the
only true, full-service marketing agencies on the Gulf Coast, with three prestigious
awards at the BMA Lantern Awards Gala at The Petroleum Club of Houston on
November 17, 2009.
Advent received two Awards of Excellence – one, in the “Interactive/Multimedia
Presentation” category for a 14-minute 3D animation created by
Eric Stone, senior exhibit designer and animator at Advent; and one for a motion
graphic video designed and produced by Advent VP of Creative Services,
Tony Moles, which was recently featured at the 2009 Exhibitor Show in Las Vegas.
In addition to these acknowledgments, Advent received the highest honor
offered by the BMA - the Lantern Award - in the “Small Exhibits” category
for the Advent booth also showcased at the Exhibitor Show. Displayed
as a unique and extraordinary 200-square-foot exhibit, the booth stunned prospects
with its 12-foot, blue-backlit, 3-Form “V”, and customized light
boxes all designed to not only “wow” the audience, but also optimize
the limited space provided.
Among many of Houston’s finest agencies, Advent was honored in three
of four categories measured by top quality creative and strategic business-to-business
marketing communications.
