Advent Recognized For It's Outstanding Efforts In Communications

The marketing team of Advent, Houston’s only full-service marketing
communications firm, was recently honored by the Houston chapter of the International
Association of Business Communicators (IABC/Houston) during its Bronze Quill
Awards gala. Advent received an Award of Excellence for their Fisher HealthCare
Heroes Campaign.
IABC/Houston awarded Bronze Quill Awards of Excellence or Merit to several
organizations in and around the Houston area. The winners were selected from
more than 100 entries in the areas of Communication Management, Communication
Skills and Communication Creative. Submissions were judged by senior communicators
from other IABC chapters.
This is the third award Advent has received this year alone for the Fisher
HealthCare Heroes Campaign – among them, a Gold Addy.
“Congratulations to Advent and the marketing team for your Bronze Quill
award. The submission was an excellent example of an effective communications
piece, combining a strategic approach with measurable results,” said
Theresa Parker, IABC/Houston president.
Bronze Quill is IABC/Houston’s annual competition for communication
professionals. The competition is open to IABC members and non-members and
includes categories for college-level student entries.
