Advent Provides Turnkey Marketing Services for Client Rig Event and Media Tour
HOUSTON (March 2010) – One of Advent's largest oil and gas clients – Global Energy Services (GES) – recently hosted a rig event, site tour and press conference, all concepted, created and coordinated by the Advent team. Advent, one of Houston's only true full-service communications firm, specializes in business-to-business marketing and in the energy industry in particular.
Looking to promote the launch of its new drilling system called ULTRA™, GES came to Advent to completely manage the event – from set-up and dismantle, invitation design and distribution, to public relations, parking and even menu-planning. The day-long event which boasted more than 500 attendees, took place outdoors in the GES yard, and included a full-scale rig setup, four equipment exhibit areas, and a 4,900 square-foot dining tent.
Advent's award-winning design staff contributed to the effort by creating a new product logo, sales materials, event graphics and a complete 3D animation of the new ULTRA™ Drilling System.
